Managing Attorney

Craig Zimmerman has been a practicing attorney for over 17 years. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and California but maintains an of-counsel relationship with attorneys in all states in which we accept clients. Mr. Zimmerman earned his Juris Doctor in 1992 and a Masters Degree in Tax Law in 1993. He began his career as a consumer debtor bankruptcy attorney where he consulted and represented thousands of individuals and small businesses in all chapters of bankruptcy. Mr. Zimmerman, now recognized as a leading consumer debtor attorney, moved in-house and represented several prominent auto finance companies where he was responsible for their collections, bankruptcy, loss recovery and litigation departments. Mr. Zimmerman moved back into private practice and and now the firm focuses on representing clients in bankruptcy, tax and consumer advocacy matters. As a result, Mr. Zimmerman has experience with both sides of the fence, debtor and creditor, and has a keen understanding of both sides of the credit world.
