|Student Loan Help|
Student Loan debt is one of the fastest growing debt problems in the United States today. The average student loan debt of graduating seniors is now more than $25,000. The amount of student loans taken out last year crossed the $100 billion mark for the first time and total loans outstanding will exceed $1 trillion for the first time this year. In fact, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the U.S. Department of Education and private sources, Americans now owe more on student loans than on credit cards!
Are you struggling to pay your student loans? Are you in default? Not sure how you are going to afford the payment demanded? Not sure of your options? Receiving harassing phone calls and demands for payments? Are your wages being garnished? Bank accounts levied? Tax Returns or Social Security offset?
Few people are aware of their options. Information can be difficult to find and frequently those who are collecting on student loan debt don’t properly explain a borrower’s options. Sadly, even if the collector does offer the borrower the right repayment options, frequently, the collectors do not administer the repayment options correctly and deny the borrower their rights.
That’s where the Law Offices of Craig Zimmerman comes in. We understand your rights regarding your student loans. We can help you determine the current status of your student loans and explain all potential options to you. We provide a Free Case Review.
